- Financial Information: Account balances and transactions via Plaid
- Subscription Information: In-app purchase and subscription details, including product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, and refund status, from Apple and RevenueCat
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service
We do not store your bank login credentials. Authentication is handled directly by Plaid.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Display your financial data and analytics
- Manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and respond to refund requests
- Respond to support requests
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Plaid: Financial data aggregation (Plaid Privacy Policy)
- RevenueCat: In-app purchase and subscription management, entitlement verification, and Apple refund-request handling (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)
- Apple: App Store billing and refund decisions (Apple Privacy Policy)
- Hosting providers: To run the application
By using Warm and making an in-app purchase through Apple, you consent to Warm and RevenueCat sharing data about the delivery and use of your purchased subscription with Apple when Apple requests information to evaluate a refund request. This may include whether the purchase was delivered and working, whether a free trial or sample was provided, and Warm's neutral refund preference. Apple makes the final refund decision. We share this data only as needed to process refund requests.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

- You can view and update your information through the app
- You can disconnect financial accounts at any time
- You can delete your account through Settings
- You can manage Plaid connections at my.plaid.com
7. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion, we remove your personal information, though some anonymized data may be retained.
8. Age Requirement
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
