What agents do with Warm context

Four ready-to-paste prompts that show how a connected agent can reason over your real accounts and transactions.

Spending audit

For Claude Code

Pull last month’s transactions and ask the agent to surface category spikes, duplicate charges, and the merchants that quietly add up.

Sample prompt

Audit my spending last month and call out any category that grew more than 15% versus the prior month.

Subscription cleanup

For Claude Desktop

Read recurring charges from Warm and let the agent group them by service, flag forgotten trials, and draft a cancel list with monthly totals.

Sample prompt

List every recurring subscription, sort by monthly cost, and flag anything I haven’t used in 60 days.

Net worth check-in

For Codex CLI

Snapshot accounts and balances, then ask the agent to summarize how net worth has moved since the last check-in and which accounts drove the change.

Sample prompt

Compare my net worth this week to four weeks ago and explain what changed by account.

Cash flow planning

For Gemini CLI

Combine recurring bills, variable spend, and goal contributions to build a forward-looking cash flow plan you can paste into a doc or commit.

Sample prompt

Project my cash flow for the next 30 days using my upcoming bills and average weekly spend.

Works with

Claude Code · Cursor · Codex CLI · Gemini CLI · Windsurf · Claude Desktop · OpenCode · Antigravity

Any MCP-compatible client works. The Warm MCP server runs locally over stdio via npx @warmio/mcp, so your data never passes through a third-party host.

Read-only by design

The Warm MCP layer is strictly read-only. Agents can query accounts, transactions, recurring charges, budgets, goals, snapshots, and overall financial health, but the server has no tools that move money, change settings, or write back to your bank. Your API key is scoped to your own data, runs locally on your machine, and can be revoked from Settings → API Keys at any time.

Ready to wire your finances
into your AI tools?

The dashboard handles the sync. The MCP server hands the same calm context to whichever agent you already use.

MCP access is included on paid Warm plans. Pro supports up to 30 synced accounts.
